Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться со словом reflow - интересует, что оно означает в следующих случаях:- the infrared reflow of 63Sn-37Pb solder was carried out by... - reflow of lead-free solder paste - the reflow of all BGA components Перевод будет "оплавление" или как-то еще? Очень нужна помощь! Спасибо. P.S. Могу предположить, что это соотносится с определением из википедии "Reflowing solder is a common form of rework in the manufacture of printed circuit boards, you heat up the solder and it flows where it should have flowed the first time". |
