Кэт, не знаю, что Вам ответить. Может, это предложение что-то прояснит: The purpose of giving the loan to the Borrower shall be the Borrower's use of the loan for refilling its current assets and using the loan in accordance with the Borrower's activities fixed in its Articles of Association. Финансы не моя тематика, вот сижу, ломаю голову. |

Это небольшой договор о предоставлении ссуды, вначале речь о зачете встречных обязательств не идет. Предложение, с которым я не могу разобраться, из пункта "Порядок предоставления ссуды". Вот он полностью: 2. Loan Giving Procedure 2.1. The loan is given through set-off with open items of the Borrower`s Customers account and is based on the open items with maturity date until 9th Feb. 09 according to Annex 2. No money transfer will be made. The exchange rate for calculating the EUR amount based on the open invoices in USD is fixed with 1,3642. 2.2. Both companies will make the same postings in their accounting systems with posting date 20th March 09, the date of the signing of the contract. 2.3 The bank charges and fees concerning the repayments of the said funds including purchase of currency shall be on the account of the Borrower.
