Похоже на то, но не "осужденным": "dismissal of charge was sanctioned by the court". Т.е в данном случае (кроме "if the person in question has not previously been convicted") он не только не осуждается, но даже не привлекается к судебной ответственности. Если у него уже есть cудимость, то договор суд не санкционирует. Скорее, "правонарушитель". |
