1) Своевременно в сроки, согласованные Сторонами, устранять недостатки, отмеченные Заказчиком при исполнении Договора.

Efficiently within the frameworks stipulated by the Customer remove any defects identified by the Customer during the implementation of the Contract;

2) По письменному запросу Заказчика предоставлять ему письменные отчеты о результатах оказанных услуг либо о ходе осуществления деятельности.

to provide written reports on the results of the rendered services, or on the operations progress at any written request from the Customer;

3) В случае задержки денежного перевода при оплате услуг на 30 (тридцать) календарных дней либо иных выплат по Договору оказания охранных услуг, Исполнитель имеет право считать такую задержку существенным нарушением условий Договора оказания охранных услуг и основанием для его досрочного расторжения.

In case of a delay in the remittance of money for the services of 30 (thirty) calendar days or of any other payments under the Contract for Security Services, the Contractor can regard such a delay as a material breach of contract and as a reason for early termination thereof.

Provide, upon the Customer’s demand in writing, written reports on services rendered by it or business conducted.

Дальше исходник кривой (получается, что грейс-период в 30 дней относится только к оплате услуг, но не к прочим платежам по договору). Но радикально улучшать не будем из принципа. Это не наша функция.

3) In the event of delay in the remittance of the funds paid for the services, for more than thirty (30) calendar days, or delay of other payment under the Security Services Contract, the Customer may treat such delay as a material breach of the terms and conditions of the Security Services Contract and grounds for its early termination.

"Thereof" нинада, т.к. если ЭТО взято из этого самого Security Services Contract, то отсылка ведет непонятно куда. С другой стороны "hereof" тоже 'non proven'. В общем, мне отсюда не видно.
