Оч.имхо: Upon termination of the term of sublease (unless the Parties have agreed to extend the tern hereof with respect to the Property) the Tenant shall within a 30 day period vacate the Property, including possessions owned by the Tenant, hand over/return under the Inventory and Schedule of Condition (Inventory and Schedule) and pay the amount due upon sublease termination for actual use [possession and enjoyment] of the Property based on the [effective] rental rate. |
