Grassroots means somehting that starts at a local level. ie, grassroots movement is a movement that starts with the people, not by some organization or political party. a grassroots professional endeavor - is probably an undertaking (effort/activity) that was started by a small group of professionals, rather than a professional organization. i'm sorry i can't put it into russian. |
