Subject: Соглашение о предоставлении директора Помогите please перевести следующее предложение, его смысл понятен, а вот по русски никак не получается "хорошо" его сформулировать: The benefits of the Client's agreements and obligations herein contained shall not be affected by any change in the composition of OSL or its shareholders or in the identity of the director(s) appointed by OSL and shall be for the benefit of any successors or assigns of OSL or the director. |
