И далее в тексте:
This Guarantee shall remain in force notwithstanding any disability or the death of the Guarantor and the Guarantor or the Personat Representatives of the Guarantor may crystallise the Guarantor's liability hereunder by giving the Bank three months notice in writing. During such notice period the Bank may continue to give credit and make further advances to the Debtor and this Guarantee will apply to such credits and advances. At the expiry of such notice, the Guarantee ceases with respect to liabilities which the Debtor incurrs after the date of expiration but shall continue with respect to liabilities which the Debtor has alreasy incurred, including unascertained and contingent liabilities.
