Поставщик обязуется в порядке и на условиях, определенных в настоящем Договоре, передать в собственность Покупателю бытовые осветительные приборы (в дальнейшем "товары"), определенные в п. 1.2 настоящего Договора, а Покупатель обязуется в порядке и на условиях, определенных в настоящем Договоре, принять и оплатить эти товары. вот мой вариант: Contractor is obliged in order and subject to conditions set at the present Contract, to transfer into ownership of Purchaser household lighting equipment (hereinafter referred to as “Goods”), specified in clause 1.2 of the present Contract, and Purchaser is obliged in order and subject to conditions set at the present Contract, to accept and pay for these goods. | "Поставщик" - Supplier. "Обязуется" - shall. "В порядке и на условиях" - "in the manner and on the terms and conditions", которое полностью можно вставить между shall и смысловым глаголом. |

Шкипер заронив в мою душу зеhно сомнения. Как это было по-русски? The Contractor shall, subject to the term and conditions hereof, convey/transfer the ownership of home/household lighting equip.(hereinafter....) specified in Clause 1.2 hereof to the Purchaser. Вариант: The Contractor shall convey/transfer the ownership of home/household lighting equip/ (hereinafter....) specified in Clause 1.2 hereof to the Purchaser subject to/on the terms and conditions hereof, .... and the Purchaser shall accept and pay, subject to conditions hereof, for the said goods. Вариант: and the Purchaser shall accept and pay, for the said goods subject t/on conditions hereof. |

В данном случае "получить эти товары" to receive the goods будет попривычнее и поадекватнее. Получатель, увидев дефект (потеки дождя на картонных коробках с электролампами, например), не имеет права развернуть грузовик и отказаться выгрузить его у себя на складе (to receive). Но при этом никто не лишает его права not to accept the goods с привлечением независимых экспертов и определения тяжести повреждения товара на следующих после выгрузки день. |
