We think that it should be THE one who occupies HOLDS a high-level position within AG and is aware of and understandS (use either "is aware" or "understands", but not two at once) the structure of the transaction and can answer the questions (if any) related to the AG activities of AG, in particular, ESPECIALLY in Russia.
Please note that we have liaised with RR in order to discuss our comments to the confirmations that they should provide (not clear who is committed to what - commitment is ours, but they are the ones who confirm - clarify) for the bank filing (what do you mean by "bank filing"?). We have agreed that RR will WOULD provide us with the updated drafts, both in English and in Russian, for our final review today.
