Речи идёт о соотношении чего-то, очевидно суммы кредита (ипотечного?), к размеру зарплаты (вероятно, годовой).

Да, вы правильно говорите, d. Имеется в виду ипотечный кредит.Однако, что-то я не могу увязать все это в стройную фразу..
