The provisions of Sections 3, 4(b) through (c) (with respect to outstanding and accepted purchase orders), 5(b), 6, 7(b) (with respect to ALLOCATION OF INFRINGEMENT JUDGMENT AWARDS), 8(b) through (c), 9, 10, 11(b) (last sentence), 11(c), 11(e), 12(e) and 12(g) through (i) shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
