Recently we have had to call upon a Christian pastor to undertake the blessing of a property in Hull that had a spirit pulling a neighbour out of bed by the ankles during the night and moving the bed. The husband and wife are the ministers of the house church, and the crowning (wedding) is their ordination. Though the Orthodox married life is sacramental in nature, the ministry of the husband and wife is a ministry of love, not the celebration of the Sacred Mysteries (sacraments). Naturally, their house is consecrated, that it may be a fitting sanctuary for their ministry. The consecration of a dwelling is modelled on the consecration of a church, though it is not considered to be as solemn as that of a church. The service may be conducted by any priest, and does not require the permission of a bishop. However, if the family erects a chapel on their property and desires to have it consecrated, the ceremony for that chapel would be the same as for a church, and only the ordained clergy would actually celebrate the Sacred Mysteries in the chapel. |

может, у меня нет большого чувства языка, но consecrate мне не очень нравится. Это подразумевает как бы отделение предмета из рода других предметов, которые не святы. Святая Святых в Храме Соломона была бы consecrate, (освятить = отделить для особого служения), а квартиру можно и bless (освятить = благословить). Альянс из ссыдлки Шумова явно некая религиозная и похоже, католическая организация (праздник Сердца Иисуса -католический, во всяком случае, православные такими символами не пользуются), которая как бы "отделяет" своих адептов из других подобных. Ну вот и кидайте в меня теперь каменья. :) |

Шумов, в Вашем контексте люди как раз посвящают свои дома и прочая сердцам Иисуса и Марии. И теперь они "попали" на всякие собрания и чаепития и кланы гостей и иже с ними у себя дома. В нашем случае, скорее всего, имеет место быть обрызгивание святой водой, обмахивание кадилом и изгнание злых духов и сил. Вот и весь нос до копейки, моя думай. |
