dispersed, scattered, spread over the entire... in the second sentence use the definite article (... clauses of THE offer) I'd use "must" instead of "shall" in both sentences (must be clearly summarized ) |

Как вариант: Where appropriate, the basic terms of the offer are to be set forth in a single section in a plain and explicit language. Key clauses should not be scattered all over the text of the offer. |
