The offered Scope of Supply comprises the delivery of three turbine trains, including a gas turbine, generator, steam turbine and its associated auxiliary equipments based on the technical description and comments issued in "Company" technical offer for each of the turbine trains.
The scope of supply is completely described in this section 2. Any hints on equipment, numbers of components etc. given in other sections are not binding even if the wording suggests something different.
No Terminal Points with the "Company2" are in "Company" responsibility. There are no contract obligations between "Company" and the "Company2". Please note that our offer is based on a turbo-set-delivery only, based on single shaft configuration. Any Interface coordination with other Parties involved in this Project is excluded.
Initial Spare parts as per section 2.5 are included in scope of supply, other spares are as per service contract.
