Subject: помогите перевести Уважаемые переводчики! Прошу подсказать значение конструкции shall have been в юридическом тексте, например, shall have been revoked, withdrawn or withheld or shall have to have a material adverse effect и т.д. см. ниже контекст. | Это что, перечень условий, составляющих событие неисполнения? Если да, forget "shall". Оно здесь от безграмотности. "Shall" выражает обязательственну модальность. А перечень сильно смахивает на "if's". Как называются пункт и статья договора (или это у Вас deed)? |
| In this case "shall be revoked" would be OK without have been. |

| kiintorov, Esq., please... Давайте подождем, что Настюша ответит. А то ить такого насоветуем... Кто, по-Вашему, SHALL (have) revoke(d) "any license...", etc.? Этот revocation, mind you, - публично-правовое действие. А договор-то (все-таки договор)... гражданско-правовой, так? Нескладуха в глаза не бросается? |
