The upgrade cannot be installed by the Software Installer service since the application to be upgraded may be missing or removed, or the upgrade may update a different version of the application. Verify that the application to be upgraded exists on your machine and that you have the correct upgrade downloaded. In other case you need to install the application required and/or download or otherwise legally acquire appropriate upgrade distributive before proceeding. Also please note that the update package may be not permitted by software restriction policy applied.
