Subject: Mold No

Это инструкция к инжекторно-литьевой машине по литью изделий из пластических масс.
У меня есть догадка, что Mold No- это количество движений, которое сделала пресс-форма. Ведь это не может быть количество пресс-форм, так как она одна в машине.

2、MOLD No. page

Pressing key will display “Mold No.” page as follows:

(1) Curr.No.: input the mold No., any modification of data will be saved in this mold No.
(2) Save as: input a value and press the “store” button will copy the current mold’s data into this mold No.
(3) Read: draw the data of curr. No.out.
(4) Store: pressing this button will enter the “Save as” page to warn you
whether go on the operation or not, “confirm” will ensure to save the “save as” mold No. again, “cancel” will cancel the save operation.
(5) Language: there are two options: Chinese, English. Pressing the “INPUT” key to select the language.
(6) Background: there are six options: black, brown, gray, jasper, aqua, blue. Pressing “INPUT” select the background.
(7) Net use: pressing “INPUT” to select whether connect with PC.
(8) Net port: set the NET port here.
(9) IP Add: set the IP address.

Machine state:
Mold No.:
The mold No. of current data.
Opentotal:
Display the times of mold open. When the power is off, the computer will
store the data into the mold data. If the mold needs to replace or recount,‘Opentotal’ needs to reset. (The return-to-zero way of ‘Opentotal’ refers to selection 4 of chapter 4)
Curr temp:
Display the practical temperature of each zone of the barrel.
Set:
Display the setting temperature of each zone of the barrel.
Act:
Display the operation the machine is running.
Warning:
Display the abnormal state of the machine.(if the machine works normally, it won’t display)
Cycle:
Display the time of producing a product.
Set:
If there is the time value or count value in the operation flow, for example, decompress times or ejector times, the machine will display the setting value.
9. Oper:
If there is the time values to be set in the action, the operation time will start from 0, and increase by the speed of 0.1s ,until it reaches the setting
value, the machine do the next action. If the setting value is the times, the item will show the times of action having been runnd and till to the setting value.
10. Press:
Display the setting pressure of current action.
11.Speed:
Display the setting speed of current action.
12.Mold:
It is the current position of the movable board. (The encoder is shown in pulse number and the indicated value of electronic ruler is the actual position)

13.Screw:
It is the current position of screw in injection. (The encoder is shown in the pulse number and the indicated value of electronic ruler is the actual position)

14.Eje.:
It is the current position of ejector. (The encoder is shown in the pulse number and the indicated value of electronic ruler is the actual position)

15.Rotation:
Display the rotation speed of plastic.

16.BackP
Display the value of “backP” when the machine is running “backP” operation.

Машина китайская какая-то Injection molding machine N1500/ Вот застопорилась на переводе этого MOLD No. Так и не пойму то ли это Пресс-форма № , то ли это количество движений , которые она делает....прям теряюсь в догадках. На дисплее можно как-то менять этот MOLD No

я сейчас консультировался с нашими у нас этой опции нет, но
они сказали что это наверняка номер, может вы знаете что пресс-форму можно менать в зависимости от размера изделия.Наши наладчики перевешиют их в течении 2 часов.
