Subject: consolidation of formation

Уважаемые коллеги,
нужна ваша помощь. Я обычно с переводами с английского дела неимею, но вот, дали текстдля перевода, который в свою очередь был переведен с английского и в котором встречаются непонятные формулировки. Пришлось в оригинал глянуть.
Проблемы возникли конкретно в таких местах:
He takes note of consolidation of formation in individual civilizations – Orthodox, Islam, western, eastern Asia and others.
и
We should remember that, it is important to think in sensible way about cultural integration in the world of economy.
Во втором случае меня озадачило to think in senisble way.
Как это? Тщательно? может, быть осторожным в вопросе?

Возможно так:
1) Он уделяет особое внимание объединению отдельных культур – Православных, мусульман, западную и восточную Азию, и других
2) Мы должны помнить, что необходимо искать здравые пути по культурной интеграции в мир экономики

но нужно больше текста, либо приводите обоих+1

Для точного перевода первого предложения необходим контекст, иначе о !formations! можно очень долго гадать, что касается второго, то !to think in sensible way! можно воспроизвести так: !руководствоваться здравым смыслом при ...!, !здраво размышлять!, !пользоваться разумным подходом!

In a book ‘Clash of civilization and the new shape of the world order’ Samuel Huntington tries to predict the directions of evolution in the world policy after the end of the cold war. The author emphasizes that after the break-up of eastern bloc, membership of individual countries in cultural ranges will be playing dominant role. He takes note of consolidation of formation in individual civilizations – Orthodox, Islam, western, eastern Asia and others.

About the year 1968, a certain Polish- French debate about concept of culture took place. It was the discussion between the writer Witold Gombrowicz and the painter Jean Dubuffet. The first one stated “Everything is the culture. Cigarette is the culture”, the second one replied “Whiteness (of the wood)is the culture. The nature is the culture”.
Concept of two natural faces of cultural products is connected with definitions mentioned before. On the one hand with economical nature, on the other hand cultural. The character of cultural wealth is twofold: economic – cultural.

We should be careful with culture defining. We shouldn’t fear restoring practices or religious beliefs in culture definition.
We should be careful with connections between culture and trade.
At last, we should be careful with aims of international cooperation, they should be ambitious and realized consequently.
We should remember that:
1) the countries have their interests, which should be guarded;
2) it is the concern of everyone to guard other world cultures, all cultures,
3) it is important to think in sensible way about cultural integration in the world of economy.

Перевод, к сожалению, привести немогу, т. к. он не на русском (но на понятном мне языке), но там эти места переведены дословно: консолидация формирования и тд.
К тому же, у меня вызывает определенное опасение western, eastern Asia. Может автор пропустил запятую, и на самом деле имеются ввиду западная, восточная и азиатская цивилизации? Тут конечно же, лучше прочесть книгу Хантингтона, было бы время.
