Subject: Special power of attorney law Пожалуйста помогите перевести предложение. Оно используется в специальной доверенности в конце. Вот оно GRANTING unto our said legal representative full power and authority to execute or perform whatsoever or proper to be done in about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with the power of substitution and revocation and herby RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our legal representative or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtues of these presents,IT WITNESS, WHEREOF, I have hereto signed my name this 16th day of April 2008.
