even on your business cards you shouldn't be using a name which doesn't exist in the legal sense. If you don't have it officially stated in your documents, you don't use it.

we do NOT put " " around names in English. This is something most of you should have learned in Translations 101, but it is something I see all too often. I have no idea why it persists. Sorry for the harsh comment, but it is beginning to irritate me.
