Could anybody help me with the term "design developer". It appears in the context of Joint Venture Agreement:
"The copy of such Design Developer’s insurance policy shall be submitted to the Client within 20 (twenty) calendar days following the date of this Agreement. The Design Developer shall strictly comply with the terms and conditions of the above referred civil liability insurance and shall always maintain the said insurance coverage unexpired as well as ensure that the insurance coverage remains valid for the lifetime of this Agreement and the entire warranty period of the works of the Design Developer hereunder."
