Вроде, так должнО: The title to the goods/products shall be transferred to the Buyer after the products and delivery costs have been paid in full. Коллеги, поправьте, если что не так... |

Или так: The ownership of the products shall pass to the Byuer upon the full payment of the products and delivery costs. |
