Вот споткнулась о такое предложение:
(Dealer agrees to)
Maintain an ability to purchase Product inventory via flooring and/or self-financing that is customary to carry on hand and display Company's current Product models as indicated on Exhibit of this Agreement and to meet the performance standards set forth herein.

Что это за flooring? которые customary to carry on hand?
