| По-моему, вообще лучше affect interests, но вот используется ли affectation of interests... |
| affect это "затрагивать" интересы - не обязательно "ущемлять". |

| А в Мультитране вообще-то infringement of interests. По-моему, очченнь даже неплохо. Еще в голову идет curtailment (но это больше в отношении ущемления прав и свобод личности)ю |

| Julika, я думаю, что harm - это некорректно, чтоб не сказать "топорно". пусть лучше будет так, как в Мультитране, или affect. Только не harm! |
