Пожалуйста, помогите, кто чем может - что такое CP и Variant application?

а что насчет Variant application?
это вариант применения? или вообще application в смысле заявка?

2. Preparation of a Variant Application (VA) by Sales units and Product Marketing (PM)
Details relevant to approval are a part of the VA. Prior to the start of product development or purchasing, all technical details of relevance to approval are initially left open in the VA. The VA entry must explicitly specify the sales country concerned.
Product marketing checks whether the appliance already exists (consequence: amended VA) or if a new VA needs to be set up. The procedure adopted is in accordance with the variant application guidelines of the respective product areas and CP and the BSH guideline "Procurement of merchandise" (bsh_K2_03_01).
