Subject: semi-annual dividends fin. Помогите, пожалуйста разобраться с этим типом дивидендов: "In the event that four (4) semi-annual dividends at the aforesaid rate of five percent (5%) per annum shall not have been declared and made payable on the Class A Stock, the holders thereof shall be entitled to receive notice of meetings and exercise the same voting rights for directors that would otherwise have been exercisable by the Class C Stock had such semiannual dividends been declared and paid, until dividends for all preceding dividend periods shall have been paid or declared and set aside for payment, or until the net surplus of the Corporation (on a consolidated basis) available for dividends as of the close of the fiscal year next preceding and any amounts transferred out of surplus after the beginning of the default period, plus the net profits (so consolidated) of the current year, shall equal the amount of arrearages on the Class A Stock and Class B Stock, if any, which have not been paid". Если они выплачиваются 4 раза то почему они полугодовые? И на что все таки имеют право держатели акций класса А кроме уведомления о проведении собраний акционеров и пользованием правом голоса (вторая часть параграфа начиная со слов until dividends for all...)?
