Subject: Exclusion of equities, etc law Уважаемые, интересуют очень указанные слова (контекст для справки) из устава.1) EXCLUSION OF EQUITIES - пункт устава. Дальше говорится: За исключением случаев, предусмотренных законодательством, Компания не признает ни одно лицо в качестве держателя акций на основании какого-либо траста... 2) in reasonable denominations - ? (Every person ...shall be entitled ...to receive...upon payment ...several certificates in reasonable denominations in respect of shares of any one class). 3) extent to which the shares are paid up - ? (Every certificate of title to shares shall specify the class of the shares, the amount paid up thereon, the amount (if any) unpaid on the shares and the extent to which the shares are paid up.
