Article 29.00 sets out various provisions that apply where a director has an interest in a matter concerning the Company’s business.

Comment: The effect of this article is that a director may have an interest in a contract that the Company is contemplating entering into, or he might be connected in some way with a company or other entity with whom the Company is thinking of investing or otherwise undertaking business with.
