-for any reason, any amount claimed by a Finance Party under this Clause is not recoverable from that Guarantor on the basis of a guarantee then that Guarantor will be liable as a principal debtor and primary obligor to indemnify that Finance Party in respect of any loss it incurs as a result of any of the other Obligors failing to pay any amount expressed to be payable by it under a Finance Document on the date when it ought to have been paid.
