11.1. In the event that an Invitation to Apply does apply this Agreement will only become/remain effective if the information provided in the Invitation to Apply is complete, accurate and up to-date.
11.1.1 in the event clause 11.1 applies the Distributor is then required to complete and submit a new Invitation to Apply every three (3) years. Every other year the Distributor must certify via Motorolas online system eMATRIS that there has been no material change in the information supplied in the most recent Invitation to Apply
