§1410. Nondriver identification cards; information; fee 1. Application. Any person who is a state resident or nonresident temporarily domiciled in the State with a mailing address in the State may apply for an official state nondriver identification card. The application must be on a form provided by the Secretary of State and include any supporting documents and information the Secretary of State by rule requires. |
| Это просто удостоверение личности. В США основным удостоверением служат водительские права, а если вы не водите машину, то можете получить идентификационную карточку, внешне выглядящую очень похоже. Выдает та же самая организация. |
