- The execution period and practice order shall start within 7 days from the date of receiving the contractor of valid, irrevocable and divisible letter

- This bank guaranty should be issued or confirmed by Commercial Bank of Syria / Damascus or any other approved bank in Syria, according to the form stated in annex No.l provided that this down payment should be paid after the Practice order.

- The contractor shall submit to the administration within (15) working days from the date of practice order, a bank guarantee
