3. The O-cell level is shown at elevations of -53.30 (Loatest method statement, section 2.2), -50.25 (Loadtest method statement, Appendix B), -50.75 (Loadtest method statement, Appendix C) and -52.87 (issued drawing). This needs to be rectified and resubmitted.

4. Loadtest method statement - The calculations shown in Appendix C of the Loadtest method Statement show the Vendian Clay socket is only 10m thick. It should be 15m thick.

5. Considering points 2 and 3 above, the calculations should be revised by and resubmitted by Loadtest. Loadtest should ensure that they have the latest geotechnical interpretative information.

6. Loadtest method statement – Appendix F of the Loadtest method statement shows the min holding time at the maximum load of 30 minutes, but it should be six hours.

7. There is no mention of the load cell part of the test within the Geoizol document. The two contractors should confirm that they are satisfied that the two tests can be carried out on the same barrette.
