Subject: non recognition of trust - second request - legal paragraph... Пожалуйста, помогите перевести tthe title and the paragraph showed below I do not understand the title and therefore I can not translate the article.... please help Выражение встречается в следующем контексте: non recognition of trust No person shall be recognized by the Company as holding any share upon any trust and the company shall not be bound or be compelled in any way to recognize any equitable, contingent, future or partial interest in any of its shares or any other rights in respect thereof except as absolute right the entirety in each member registered in the register.... Вы не всю фразу дали, плюс какие-то опечатки в конце (предлоги). Скорее всего имеется в виду, что компания признает данное лицо владельцем акций (и выпл. ему по акциям дивиденды) только если (???данный владелец будет должным образом зарег. в реестре акционеров). Дайте всю фразу и без опечаток пож-та. |

Don't you think smth is missing here? except an absolute right ...the entirety in each member Cмысл, мне кажется, как сказала выше - если акции компании окажутся в доверительном управлении в к-л фонде, то компания не признает их права на получение дивиденда. Такое право имеют лишь акционеры, зарег. в реестре. |
