Subject: прерывание срока law
Я уже спрашивал на эту тему , но забыл указать раздел - юридический. Поэтому рискую повторить.

6.1.2. If the Condition Precedent mentioned in sub-section 6.1.1. above is not fulfilled and is not waived by Assignor then the 10-day period mentioned in Section 2.3 shall be:
- suspended until such Condition Precedent is fulfilled (material adverse effect relating to nonfulfillment of such Condition Precedent are cured) or waived by Assignor (as the case may be) provided always that such suspension shall cease no later than on the 60th day from the date hereof; and
- renewed since: (i) the date on which information or document(s) which may reasonably be an evidence that such Condition Precedent is fulfilled are received by (become available to) or should have been received by (should have become available to) Assignor; or (ii) since the date such Condition Precedent is waived by Assignor; or (iii) since the date following the 60th day from the date hereof, whichever occurs sooner.

Покритикуйте пожалуйста. Это текст, написанный сразу на английском (не перевод). Больше всего меня смущает слово suspend. Т.к. я хотел донести что срок прерывается и начинает течь заново.
