Subject: деепричастные обороты Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести такое предложение:"Адаптируясь к местным условиям, Манихейство объявляло местные божества эманациями Света, заимствуя ряд положений этих религий, и органично вносило их в собственное учение." Больше всего меня мучает вопрос как же лучше (грамотней) перевести деепричастные обороты -- "адаптируясь" и "заимствуя"? Помогите, пожалуйста, мудрыми советами, опытные товарищи! Текст исторический, о развитии различных религиозных течений в Азии. Спасибо заранее! |

Adapting to local conditions, Manichaeism announced the local deities as the emanations of the Light, borrowing some doctrines of these religions, and introduced them into its own teaching. Звучит не очень.... :( |

попробуйте выражение accustom oneself to something а лучше всего возьмите анг-англ словарь синонимов. вас ведь слово adapt смущает? |

| можно ещё с while сказать - while adapting/getting accustomed to/ |
