Я пробую переводить как кредиты, но министерства кредитов не берут. Свой перевод я тоже дала, но только, пожалуйста, не говорите мне, что вы о нем, а просто помогите, кто может.

Excludes advised lines or internal limits, i.e. those instances where the bank is not obligated to extend credit.outstandings. Also excludes Aaa-rated sovereign exposures, but includes all other sovereign, sub-sovereign, and other government-related exposures as well as private sector exposures.
