Subject: OFF congrats happy shrovitide, everybody! i hope u have had ur fill of pancakes and other delicacies enough to last u through the lent. eventhough for us, catholics, the main celebrations fall on the shrove tuesday (the tuesday before ash wednesday, which was a while back)- the famous mardi gras - living in a predominantly orthodox country, i guess it follows i should take its holidays to heart, especially when my favourite delicacies are the focus of the celebrations (pancakes with mince meat and cheese filling and honey-soaked apples r my hands down favourites!) happy holiday!
