Subject: Ceiling C Interest Rate bank. If, in accordance with the Standard Loan Agreement, the official floating interest rate of AKA Ausfuhrkreditgesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt, for loans under its ceiling C shall be applicable, the Lender shall notify the Borrower of the AKA Ceiling C interest rate valid on the day of the first disbursement as well as any changes as to such rate during the lifetime of the Facility. In such case, interest shall be payable semi-annually on June 30 and December 30 of each year (each an "AKA Interest Payment Date") during the period beginning on the day of the first disbursement under the Facility and ending on the AKA Interest Payment Date falling immediately prior to the day of the first repayment instalment pursuant to Article 9.1 below.
