The aforesaid ratio shall be expressed as a positive fraction, and the numerator and denominator shall each be translated into Euros for the purposes hereof by calculating the Euro value of each currency used in said ratio at the prevailing spot rate of exchange for the purchase of Euros with such currency which is quoted on the relevant Bloomberg screen at 11;00 A.M. New York time on any date of determination;
