This has been somewhat of a protracted enquiry due, in part, to the discrepancies identified in respect of the hull and engine numbers of GBPYI Z4058E404 and the indirect way that the V42202 was supplied.
In respect of the former, this was originally identified as Yard No. 61094 by Russell Gale, in his statement dated the 25/07/06, but has since been revised as P61099. This then accords with the documentation supplied by PMYS except that the Hull Identification number (HIN) is incorrectly recorded on the PMYS invoice Johnson 010. I trust that the witness statements adequately correct the errata.
