Один из них – различные регистры. И упоминаются некие micro-integrated registers, которые, якобы, обычное явление в Скандинавии. Что это могут быть за регистры?

Registers likewise cover the whole target population. They can be maintained at national, regional or local level for statistical or administrative purposes. Well-known examples are population registers, business registers, dwelling or building registers, real estate registers and income taxation registers. Where a register has been used to compile an Urban Audit variable, the report should specify:

the name of the register with its observation units (persons, households, dwellings, buildings, farms, local units etc.);

the spatial level at which the register is maintained (national, regional or local);

the accuracy of data in terms of completeness and reliability.

N.B. Where the Urban Audit data have been compiled from various micro-integrated registers, as in most Nordic countries, details should be given of the main register, with the above characteristics, from which the data have been extracted.

micro-integrated registers это все те реестры, которые перечислены в первом параграфе, т.е., отдельные реестры, данные которых использовались при составлении отчета

А регистры или реестры – мне в данном случае не столь важно, потому что перевод не на русский, а на литовский, а там и то, и другое – регистры.
