Subject: ramp operation rules avia. In case the Carrier does not comply with the ramp operation rules and fuel and/or oil leakage and/or sewage litter occurs by Carrier’s fault, the Airport authority shall execute a report in the presence of the Carrier, based on which the Carrier shall pay a penalty at the following prices:- If litter occurs –50 EURO/every incident - If fuel and oil leakage occurs –250 EURO/every incident - If sewage litter occurs –200 EURO/every incident |
