Power of Attorney for Customs Clearance
Should be prepared in the name of the CONTRACTOR / Customs agent and necessary for customs authorities of the RoK and should be signed and stamped by the trustee.
All shipping documents shall bear the number of the covering contract and import license/registration number. Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin must bear supplier seal/stamp.
All shipping documents should be replicated in 1 set of originals and 2 sets of copies.
