consider: may apply to court for the compulsory execution of the contract or seek the execution of the contract through court зы. court enforcement of signing -- мутноватенько, нет? не спец, конечно, но the party seems to be seeking a court decision (order) that the contract be signed. it cannot seek the enforcement of such an order because it has not been issued. |

i'd suggest smth like: should either party refuse to sign the main contract, the other party may seek a court's order compelling the former to sign the same. |
