Subject: Грамотный переовод пункта контракта econ. Господа переводчики, подскажите пожалуйста, как лучше можно было бы перевести нижеследующий параграф.4. Настоящее дополнительное соглашение подписывается всеми сторонами и передается друг другу средствами факсимильной связи с обязательной одновременной отправкой оригинала соглашения курьерской почтой. В случае если оригинал настоящего соглашения не будет получен любой из сторон по курьерской почте в течение 14 (четырнадцать) календарных дней после отправки по факсу, то настоящее соглашение считается недействительным. Свой перевод иначе как беспомощным назвать немогу. Но все же осмелюсь показать. 4. The present amendment agreement is to be signed by all parties and exchanged by fax with simultaneous and obligatory exchanging of the original amendment agreement by courier mail. If any party does not receive the original of the present amendment agreement by courier mail in 14 (fourteen) calendar days after exchanging by fax, the present amendment agreement is considered null and void. | This Supplemental Agreement shall be signed by all parties hereto and transmitted by facsimile; provided that, as soon as the same is signed by facsimile, hard copies of the original shall be sent by courier to all parties hereto. In default of the original being received by either of the parties within 14 days after its transmission, this agreement shall be deemed to have not been executed. |
