Subject: bottom met. 6.4.1.12 Steel teeming ladle – bath agitation by inert gasIf furnace (shell) is ready for tapping and just prior to opening of the slide gate supply line for inert gas to the porous plug in the ladle will be opened by pushing the related bottom on the tapping pulpit. The start flow rate is pre-adjusted depending on selected kind of porous plug, selected inert gas and conditions of supply. Normally a flow of 250 l/min is pre-adjusted. During tapping the flow can be adjusted by pressing the related + or – push bottom. If steel is not immediately flowing out after opening of slide gate and lancing is required the inert gas flow will be interrupted by pressing the “STOP” bottom for inert gas bottom? здесь опечатка или на что нажимают? помогите плиз. |
