The assembly of delegates proceedings will be valid if more than 50% of the ordinary members are present or represented, decisions being taken on a majority vote of two thirds of the members present or represented. In the case of an election the absolute majority of the ordinary members present and represented at the second poll will be sufficient.

Работа Собрания Делегатов считается действительной, если присутствует или представлено более пятидесяти процентов Обычных членов. Решения принимаются большинством голосов 2/3 присутствующих или представленных членов. В случае выборов абсолютное большинство присутствующих и представленных Обычных членов при втором подсчете голосов достаточно.
