Если условиями предоставления специального разрешения (лицензии) на занятие определенным видом деятельности предусмотрено требование о занятии такой деятельностью как исключительной, то Общество в течение срока действия лицензии вправе осуществлять только предусмотренные лицензией виды деятельности и им сопутствующие.

Мое творение: If special permission (license) for a particular type of activity is granted under condition of such activity being an exclusive one, the Company has a right to carry on only those types of activity and auxiliary activities specified by the license within duration of the license.
